Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in re-sellable condition, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@shopdovabeauty.com. Please make sure to include the order number as well as the item name(s), quantity and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will email you return instructions. Unless otherwise stated, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery date. Please save return tracking information in case of any carrier issues.

Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.
Discount Codes
Discount codes cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed and are for new orders only.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes may not be combined in a single order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damages and order issues must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take 2-10 business days depending on your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shopdovabeauty.com.
Please note: shipping costs are not refunded when items are returned.
